My husband and I hired International Van Lines to help with our recent move. Since we were relocating such a long distance, making multiple trips to transport our belongings wasn’t really an option. This company took care of everything quickly, efficiently, and with great care. The whole moving process, from start to finish, was super easy. With I.V.L, completing our move was a breeze. They have fair & reasonable rates, but treated our belongings like we had paid a lot more. Everyone we dealt with was professional, kind/courteous, helpful, & knowledgeable about their jobs. Most importantly, they were dependable. We couldn't have been more pleased with their work. We would absolutely use them again & would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I used International Van Lines to relocate from the South to the Northeast in Summer 2025. If I were rating just the staff members who came to pack up and load my belongings onto their truck, I would give a 5-star review without hesitation. I could not have been more pleased with the care and attention they showed to my belongings--especially to those pieces of furniture that were delicate or included glass. I was just as delighted to see that the same staff were on hand to unload and unpack my possessions on the other end. I am giving the company only three stars, however, because I was extremely disappointed with the office person I was obligated to use for coordinating all the logistics. I recently hired this team of local movers, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of service. From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism—arriving on time, handling my belongings with great care, and completing the move faster than expected. Communication throughout the process was clear and courteous, and their attention to detail made everything stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy local movers who deliver outstanding results every time.

Our experience with this moving company was very bad. We moved from Texas to New York, and while the pickup process went smoothly, the delivery was terrible. • One console arrived broken (worth about $1,000) • Our futon sofa was also damaged beyond repair (worth about $2,500) • Several smaller items were broken • A couple of boxes were lost (approx. $500 in value) • The interior walls and flooring of our new home were damaged during delivery I’ve called the company multiple times, left several voicemails, and still haven’t received a single call back. It has now been almost three months since the move, and there has been no response. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company if you value your belongings

International van lines is a great company! They were very helpful and polite and helped me move my things within a timely manner. They had great communication throughout the whole move before and after. Definitely a high quality company and I definitely recommend.
