Interstate Appliance

These folks are amazing. I bought a slightly discounted but NIB refrigerator trim kit from them on eBay for a kitchen renovation but didn't end up needing it for several months. When I finally opened the package, I found that the item was severely damaged and unusable (the metal was bent significantly). I contacted the company in the off chance they had a replacement in stock and/or decent customer service. While they didn't have a replacement, they DID offer me a full refund to my original payment method. I was so impressed with their customer service - it was personal and attentive, and it's so refreshing to find a company that actually stands by the items they sell. I would buy from Interstate again based solely on this customer service they provided. Thank you!

I bought a package of LG appliances from Interstate Appliance and it could not have been a better experience. One of the pieces arrived damaged and they immediately had me refuse the shipment and sent out another that same day. The customer service, pricing and general appliance knowledge was the best that I have ever experienced. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great deal on appliances.

I was buying my first house and everything including the planning seemed like such a hectic experience. I decided to go to Interstate Appliance for all of my appliances. I was little nervous because although I had a list of things that I needed I wasn't sure if I had everything. The staff welcomed me in and helped with every single question I had. I am so glad I made the decision to go here instead of Sears. The appliances worked like a charm.

OMG !!! I have ALWAYS got my appliances from Sears BUT NOT ANYMORE... I had a knowledgeable and kind man named Joe K that sold me my new washer/dryer combo . He even told to make sure to check the dryer outlet for the correct dryer cord, etc...- it was the little helpful tips that I wasn't even thinking about ( going through a stressful move) that made the purchase simple. The company even price matches with no hassles. Then comes the delivery... WOW again. I believe the delivery mans name is Israel and what a great job he did. He called and delivered when he said-not the "waiting" game like the other appliance store. I never feel the right to leave a bad review… but my customer service all the way around was just horrible! I walked in knew what I wanted paid out right for my washer… the entire time staff seemed put out to help … I dread coming back here ever again
