Erik from Interstate Enterprises was professional from start to finish. Given our very complex plumbing system, with components dating back to 1949, Erik proposed an innovative and cost-effective solution to replace the supply line to and into our home. The trenchless technology minimized impact to our property and allowed the line to be bored under the foundation rather than through the block. Carlos led the crew and took great care to cover and protect the inside of the house to keep it clean. After the city inspection, the team filled the access holes so that the visible impact of their work was minimal. From beginning to end, Erik, Carlos, and the entire crew were professional, reliable, and highly efficient.

I am extremely thankful that I called and did the main water line replacement with this company. From day one I got a firm and fair quote with detailed communication on the process, thanks Erik. The crew that came to do the job under Carlos's supervision was extremely professional and knowledgeable; they did a excellent job that even the County inspector acknowledged. We use this company recently to repair part of our sprinkler system. Of course we called to get estimates to find out who we wanted to use and ended up choosing this company. When we get the actual bill it was a good bit higher then the estimate. I do realize that an estimate is just an estimate, but when people are using that number to decide who to use for the repair, it makes sense to me that you would add in all the charges that they know will be part of the final cost. One of the charges that they didn't add into the actual estimate is a $33 trip charge. When we called to find out what this was they said that that is something they add to every job on top of the actual labor. Not impressed and will definitely not be using this company again.

If you have a sewer back-up, this is the company you want to call. Professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
