Thank You for maintaining the record of my repairs and explaining everything in detail which makes me happy but still that doesn’t cover the fact that i had 6 swap of thermocouples from your service department and after i purchased those 4 thermocouple 1 lasted me 2 years and was in the same spot and with the same heat so its more about quality. Its not the price of purchase that bothered me is that your technicians are putting different ones not compatible for Blodget 1000 ovens or lower quality which are more skinny and they look different and i was never given an option to choose. Besides deflectors i changed even the whole pilot which im happy with the work. Ill come visit shortly, thank you

Absolute rip-off. They charge double the price of replacement pieces. Be careful and research the parts you’re buying - you can get them for half the price somewhere else. Purchased Blodgett burners for $1800 only to find out that I could have gotten the same exact one on Amazon for $980, on restaurant supply for $990, on websaturant for $1,290. (And yes, OEM parts) It’s places like this that create a bad reputation for brick-and-mortar stores. I understand charging a little more but $1800 is an insane difference. Lesson learned. ****Update - it's obvious from the seller that they did not even read my review thoroughly - what a shame!!!

I know people will write a review to a company like this when things go wrong. As a business owner, you don't have time to make a remark when things go well. You expect it. Well, I'm here to share my great experience with them. Called in for an oven repair and was told it will be 5 days until they have someone available. Next day, this lovely man, Levon shows up and fixes it in no time. Had all the parts with him, one short visit and done. True professionals. Bravo

Road rager driving a dodge ram promaster....cutting me off for no apparent reason, multiple times, driving up rte 3 from Lowell to Hudson...almost rear-ended others just to try to cut me off. About 2:30 pm today, Jan 31st (I leave date and time because you've asked for it on a previous review)

This company need to get its act together. They have been chasing me for money on a warranty claim for a fryer I bought at restaurant depot . One of the wires connected to the fryer pilot fell out so the manufacturer deemed it a NON warranty issue. It clearly was . I spoke to the manufacturer and they said that it was a mistake and they will take it up with interstate . The did not so I keep getting repeated calls from interstate looking for money. I told them to contact Philip at Royal Range but they refuse to and keep referring to original status. Stay away from them as another reviewer posted.
