EVERYONE we dealt with was wonderful: Friendly, polite, responsive, and professional. The young man who installed the door - in 9 degree Fahrenheit temperatures(!!) - called beforehand, showed up when he and his office said he would, and simply could not have done anything differently to make it a more pleasant experience. AND, we got the door installed before the big snow and frigid temperatures hit!

Just had 3 doors installed so I now have 5 total. IGD has installed all of them and I have always been very happy with their work and pricing. Two of our doors had issues from the factory not from anything IGD did and they took care of getting replacement panels and getting them installed. Very responsive when you have an issue like a broken spring to get it fixed. Highly recommend their services.

Interest Garage Doors returned my online inquiry with a phone call by the next business day. They were able to schedule the repair within three days and worked with my schedule. Both women I spoke to on the phone were friendly and helpful. The technician who completed the repair, Kolbey, was timely, extremely polite and professional, and was able to complete the work very quickly. The price was very fair and I’d recommend them to anyone. I’ll definitely be contacting them again in the future when my other garage door needs servicing.

This is the second time that we used Interstate. The first time was immediately after moving into our new home. The technician checked out the system and made adjustments, as necessary. Very impressed. The second time was recently. I planned to add heat to my garage. Colby recommended I have the outside seals replace, including the bottom. Very happy and very reasonable pricing.

I live out of town. got a call that door was no longer working. Called interstate. I thought motor needed replaced.(17 years old) Turns out just needed new part. Now they knew I lived out of town and could of replaced motor. To me that is a great sign of integrity. Honest , Fast , GREAT SERVICE.
