I called Teflon to get a quote on a roof repair and Jason blew me away. Super professional, honest, and took his time to explain what options we had. Our roof was in bad shape and needed done fast and Jason and crew made it happen. He got us watertight until the weather broke, gave us ample notice and had the crew here for the install as soon as we had good weather for it, and has been out to follow up and keep in touch since. We had our last house done about five years ago and we've worked with multiple roofers over the last decade and Jason and Teflon are on a different level. Outstanding service from the initial quote (they fixed a few spots while here to give us a quote because they “couldn’t leave it like that”) to the full installation of our new roof! They did it in one day and left the property in perfect shape. We could follow the whole process as they continually updated with pictures and drone shots! The result is beautiful (as beautiful as a roof can be.) So wonderful and easy to work with and even spoiled our dogs with attention. Highly, highly recommend!! My experience with Teflon Roofing has been wonderful from start to finish! Jason was very thorough in explaining everything involved and the choices that were available to me, without trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I had actually chosen one option that was unnecessary for my house and he explained why I didn’t need it and wanted to make sure I wasn’t paying for more than I should, he could have totally taken advantage of me there.
