Our needs for a new home were unique as my husband is a wheelchair user. We were discouraged after meeting with other builders at their hesitancy to make small modifications to their floor plans to make the home wheelchair accessible. We were so happy when we met with Mitch and he came prepared to the meeting with two floor plans within our budget and some ideas already mapped out for wheelchair friendly modifications. Fast forward and we are now living in our beautiful, wheelchair accessible home. Mitch, Amanda, Niel, and the rest of the team were so helpful, communication was excellent, and we feel the quality of our home is top notch. We loved our experience with Interstate Homes and would recommend them.
