Interstate Pest Management

We initiated routine pest service with Interstate Pest Management primarily to keep spiders and webs off our coast house and patio. Josh Johnson came out to handle our initial appointment. He was an excellent technician. Super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He meticulously rid our house off all webs and nests, then treated all around the house as well. It’s also worth noting that when I filled out the online inquiry form, I had a call back in less than ten minutes. Great customer service.

Adam was perfect. He presented himself in a very professional manner and was thorough explaining to me his service. He was great answering my questions in a way that I could understand. Since Interstate could not deal with my racoon challenge Adam was able to provide a referral to someone who could handle it. Being a Senior Citizen, I find more and more aspects that I need to hire help with. I am thankful to have Adam to help me not just now but in the future. I will recommend Interstate and especially Adam to friends and neighbors needing assistance.

Charlie did such an amazing job. He always checks in with me to see how things are going and if there are any concerns we may have that he could assist with. Charlie is extremely personable and shares his experience when we ask questions or have concerns of our own. I wish I had more stars to give because I would definitely give them to him.

Jeff and his partner were TERRIFIC dealing with my rat problem. They closed - for good! - the rat's access to my utility room. And they sealed off the access points into the crawl space from outside. Jeff even found an access point that we did not know of. Before the outside access was sealed off, Jeff was able to scare off the rat that was already inside the crawl space while he was replacing the access door. I can rest easy that there aren't any rats and I think we beat them. YAY! I'm so happy I chose Interstate Pest to replace my former pest service provider.

Colby was great in helping me with my pest problems. He was professional and respectful of my home, accommodating in explaining each process and patient in answering my questions. He addressed all my concerns and gave me clear expectations of the plan of action moving forward.
