I would rate this company 10 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for the beautiful work they have done. In our 1st visit to intown granite store. we met Karla who was professional and friendly too. She explained all the details, differences with lot of patience between each type of stone. She was 1st point where we were impressed to go with this company. Then Westly who came to measure the template. He was on-time and explained what all prep work have to be done from our side. And within couple days Westly and his team came home to install the new quartz countertop. As we got our newly painted and new flooring, Wesley and his team were very careful while bringing in the stone inside my kitchen and also to 2nd floor to fit my vanities. Excellent experience within town granted. The staff was very helpful and accommodating when we were making our decisions for our new kitchen. Installation was quick and very easy and the crew did a great job. Highly recommended!!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our new countertop! The team at Intown is amazing, so easy to work with, no pressure, great guidance, so easy to communicate with, kept us posted with specific detail about dates and times of service throughout the whole process. Honestly, we haven’t worked with a better company in a VERY long time!! From Karla at the front, to Wesley who did the perfect laser measurements, to Marley and his crew at install, we are thrilled! The process was thousands less than others making it just right for our budget. 6/5 stars!! ⭐️

It was a great price and they did a super quality and quick job! Wesley was awesome to work with during measurement. Karla was a pleasure to work with in person when we were choosing the stone and then via email when refining the quote. Marley was great to work with for the demo and install. Thank you Intown!

Are you looking for a FRIENDLY, professional and fantastic stone company? Read this and look no more. We had granite in our AZ home and based upon the recommendation of our WA family and others, we decided on quartz. We visited 4 other suppliers… we were not satisfied with any of them as there was always something. Removal and disposal of old countertop killed deals… We don’t do that so we charge $2600 via a 3rd party that is not part of our business. None of our subs are employed by us which means the templating is done by one sub who passes it to the installer. Not impressive or what we had dealt with in the past. Our search was disappointing. Then, we found Instone Granite and Quartz Kent, WA. From the moment we entered their facility everyone we met and chatted with was outrage
