I had a foundation leak issue and gave Intercoastal Caulking and Waterproofing a call. I explained the problem and they suggested to apply a waterproofing layer for a couple thousand dollars. I agreed and they did the work. After the drying time they suggested I prime and paint which I did. After a few days the painted area went from green to a weird beige color. To make matters worse, it still leaked. They then suggested a specific primer which I used and then painted. It lasted longer but again the color went from green to that weird beige and it still leaked. I contacted the manufacturer of the waterproofing product they used. They told me it was installed incorrectly and it is not meant to be used above ground line. Intercontinental applied it nearly a foot above ground. I brought it

Best company, very reliable and helpful, they were here inside of an hour after I called them. Free estimate and when they completed the job..they cleaned everything better than it was. The crew was very polite and actually did extra stuff I did have to pay for.. Excellent company, fast and professional.

Called Tuesday, came out Wednesday for a quote, and did the job Thursday. We needed them fast to fix a crack and prevent further water from penetrating through. They knew the importance of getting the leak fixed stimutaenously with our water mitigation so was able to accomade my last minute urgent request . They were an extremely professional crew. Showed up exactly when they said they would. Did an extremely thourogh job waterproofing my entire house. And the best part- the price was un-beatable for the job they did! From someone who has a lot of house projects going on and has met my fair share of contractors, I was so impressed with this company.

Ralph and his Team did an exceptional job on both of our screened patio roofs. They were leaking at every seam, and our patios are now dry, no leaks! We would highly recommend Intracoastal Caulking and Waterproofing to anyone!

Not only did they do a great job, they showed up when they said they would, and completed the job on time. But the best part is that the lift company charge that was quoted, came in over $400 less than originally quoted and this company passed that savings onto us instead of keeping it!
