Intrepid did our mold remediation as part of our house sale in a tight time frame. They are fantastic. Very professional, very personable and very thorough. They did a lot of high quality work for the money. We had Pennicilium mold in our basement - very common - that was identified in the inspection. We had 2 bids - Intrepid and another. The other only did treatment. For the same amount, Intrepid actually tore out and installed new drywall, treated and cleaned the whole unfinished adjacent walls and ceiling, and then repainted the finished new wall and trim plus the finished room and 2 doors (both sides). We called three different restoration companies to provide quotes for our lower level where there were two water leaks that resulted in our floor, dry wall, plumbing, and paint services. We were most impressed by Intrepid's professionalism, expertise and cost. Intrepid Miguel as foreman with Dan, Roxanna and a few other workpeople depending on the need completed the job. Intrepid is skilled at dealing with homeowner insurance claims as well. They restored our lower level AND IT LOOKS BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL WORK DONE for flooring, painting and dry wall repairs. I highly recommend this company for renovations, mitigation and restoration. They did better than our original contractor! We highly recommend Intrepid and will definitely use them again!

We had a warp kitchen floor caused by a leak in our garbage disposal. We called our Insurance company and they suggested Intrepid Restoration because we also had an asbestos issue with the original floor. Intrepid resolved the asbestos issue, replaced the kitchen floor, replaced the damaged cabinet and painted the kitchen to the point that you would not know there was water damage. Dan, Miguel, Mary and Olga were excellent thru out the whole ordeal. May/June 2018 - Intrepid Restoration recently installed a window and new hardwood flooring for me. The company is licensed, and was very professional, provided the appropriate documentation, fair pricing, honest, and punctual. They did an excellent job from start to finish. The owner of the Intrepid Restoration is very responsive and pays attention to details. The staff at Intrepid Restoration also showed the same professionalism, honesty and respect for the customers, that is reflective of the owner. My husband and I were very pleased with the workmanship of Intrepid. I would definitely use Intrepid Restoration again, and would recommend them highly.

I highly recommend using Intrepid Restoration for doing any work in your house. They are professional, very responsive, and showed up exactly when they said they would each day. Miguel and Dan painted multiple rooms in my house and did a fantastic job. They did a restoration project a few years ago for my parent's house too and the work they did was all covered by insurance and it increased the value on their house significantly. They dealt directly with the insurance company in regards to the claim and put my parents at ease knowing they were taking care of it all. Would definitely hire again!
