It's been 6 months since we got our fence installed and Jennica helped train us and our dog Clare on how to learn the boundaries, and stay within them. She did an amazing job with our dog and we give her and invisible fence our highest recommendation!

Due to lightning, we had a lot of damage to our home in Nashville, including frying our invisible fence. We've had Invisible Fence for 20 years. The customer service has become atrocious. We adopted 2 rescues that we wanted to train on our fence. It took 6 weeks to get an appointment then the first visit was basically a waste. The technician sold us a training plan saying that we'd have training visits scheduled for the next 2 weeks. When they didn't contact us to set these up I called after a week. The first visit they could schedule was 2 weeks away, with the next available being a month out. This is ridiculous! The 1 year contract will be half over before they get our dogs trained. I'd start training then myself but the first technician set their collars to only work with the training disc.

I purchased an invisible fence after having problems with my dog digging under my chain link fence and bothering the neighbors. She as able to climb out of an 8 foot pen at her shelter, so I knew that was also a hazard. Another person had referred me to this company. I am extremely happy with every facet of this purchase. Kim came and talked to me about the fence. Then it was installed by a very professional young man (sorry, I can't remember his name). Tre Rhyne was the trainer that worked with myself and Milady to get her accustomed to the fence. I can't say enough about how willing all of these people were to go the distance and beyond to help me. I was truly worried about my dog's trauma, but Tre came out numerous times and helped me work with her. He even brought his own dogs to help
