My husky was running away. We live on a busy highway in middlesex va. We were having to go out almost every night to find him up the road and I knew it was a matter of time before he would get hit by a car. We reached out to invisible fence and they installed the system to our specifications in a few short hours. We have a big yard, and they even went about 50 feet into our woods (our dogs like to explore). My husky is pretty stubborn and a bull. He would still get through the zone. Chronic staffing issue which is never a good sign. I have had techs that I’ve been told were fired show up at my door again. The product works very well and they should let it speak for itself. They may promise or insinuate some things but it important to keep in mind that you are simply buying a training tool. Their image matters a lot to them, as it does any business, but they will defend it tooth and nail. If the fence hurts your dog or traumatizes it in any way it is never their fault, keep that in mind. They make most of their money doing repairs and service calls, take very good care of your fence unless you want to spend lots more money. The Hampton Roads Invisible Fence team is amazing! We live a few hours away, yet they were able to service our yard to ensure our puppy stayed in the yard. Whenever we called to have them check necessary data or come out to adjust the strength, they were there. Specific shout out to Tina for always calling back and Mike for your fence help!
