I have been an Invisible Fence of RVA customer for 19 years. Each year, I call to have the fence lines marked before I have the yard aerated to avoid breaks. This year, Michael L. came out and he was terrific! Turns out, I had a break, which I didn't know. Michael explained my options, both for now and - if I decided not to fix it - in the future if I chose to then. Based on his advice, I decided not to spend the money to have it fixed, as my dog has learned her borders and respects them, even without the collar. He also gave me ideas for disposing of my older collars from dogs that have gone over the Bridge. He was also really sweet with her and I appreciated his awesome advice on so many fronts!

Michael L was my technician today. He arrived on time, was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He fixed the issue quickly and we were back in business.

Michael L installed my invisible fence today. He did an incredibly great job. I just moved here and had an invisible fence before. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, customer oriented and answered all my question without making me feel rushed. After he installed it he took me through everything, we took my dog out and he remembered the flags, so it all went really well. He did a great job with a very neat installation, made sure i had all the contact info incase I needed anything. I would highly recommend him.
