Isaac of ION Inspections was a lifesaver ... or least someone that saved us from purchasing a home with significant issues that the seller refused to address or reduce the sales price to allow us to make the repairs after closing. Using that report as the basis for canceling our contract meant that we could get back all of our earnest money deposit. Isaac provides a very detailed report of every system and component of the house and, after receiving the report for the house that we finally purchased, we were confident that there wouldn't be any post-purchase surprises. Well worth the money and time!

Isaac did an amazingly thorough job on our after-purchase home inspection. Our report is so detailed and full of excellent photos with arrows to show the specific issues described. He found things I wouldn’t have even thought to look for and warned us about some dangerous issues with the decades old electric system in our old farmhouse. Worth every penny!
