This place is extremely slow. They won’t take you before your appointment time, and even after your appointment time passes, they won’t call you. If you don’t walk inside to remind them, they will forget you completely. The time I wasted here caused me to lose a well‑paid preplan. Fellow truck drivers, avoid this place if you value your time and your loads.

Worst place to EVER pickup a Load I've been here for 24 hours. The load is STILL not ready.. What is the point of a 2pm appointment if the product is NOT READY. Then this place has no restrooms, just a port-a-potty 🙄 I wouldn't recommend anyone to pickup a load here unless you're a priority. Even then I still wouldn't come here. Like what are you guys doing?? Terrible Shipper, if I could give Negative 5 stars I definitely would. I want to curse everybody that works here out!!!

Front office is awesome. Back office not so much. Been here since 12:47pm it's now 15:39 pm. Just now got a dock but yet to be loaded. Lady acts like it's an imposition to get me in a dock. Ummm delivery is for 0800 tomorrow which I will not make on time now. Do your damn job and get us Truckers out of here. Time is money and your wasting my time and money. Ridiculous almost 3 hours waiting now. Still no red light for being loaded. Don't come here if you have to be loaded on the backside. You'll regret taking this load. I sure do!!! Won't happen again though I promise you that!!!

Truck arrived 3:45pm and get out 11:15pm .. for 6am delivery appointment 500miles away. Don’t make this mistake like we did and not check reviews for this shipper before dispatched your fleet

::Attn drivers:: Reviews on this one are scary but our shipping experience was great. Appt at 4pm - checked in around 2:45, got a door a few minutes before 4 and were done around 5:45. Nice people and efficient!
