Iowa Water & Waste Systems

We had an excellent experience with Iowa Water and Waste Systems. Chuck and his team were professional from start to finish. They were on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and even went above and beyond by calling after hours to make sure we understood what was going to happen. Our situation was urgent since we couldn’t use our toilets or shower, and initially we were told it might be a few days before anyone could get to us. Chuck personally called and arranged for his team to get us in the same day, which was a huge relief. I truly can’t speak highly enough about Chuck and his team. Their customer service, responsiveness, and professionalism were outstanding. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

We had to have our septic replaced in 2024 due to total failure and other issues. Nick came out within 24 hours and got the ball moving with getting the system working for the time being, setting us up to get the system replaced, talking to the county about everything, working with our electrician, and within a few weeks we had a shiny new (and working) septic system. To pay for the new system, we ultimately had to get legal recourse from the previous homeowners due to their negligence. Nick not only took time to talk to me, our attorney (many times), the county, and anyone else; he also understood that we would have to wait to pay until any legal outcomes came to light. On a side note, I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Nick professionally, as the company I work for often works

If you find yourself ever needing a septic company look no further. Iowa Water and Waste system is your company!!! I reached out to Nick on Saturday regarding our septic being frozen. He got back to me immediately. He wasn't bothered that I called on Saturday and understood that issues don't just happen Monday through Friday! Even though they had busy schedule they found a way to sneak me in. Nick and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. They got the septic line jetted and Mark gave us options regarding the drain field. Mark explained that he will follow up with the county on our behalf. I am extremely satisfied with the service and recommend Iowa Water & Waste system to ANYONE!

I recently discovered a small leak in my water supply line which was not repairable as the city could not shut off the water to the house. IWWS was suggested so I contacted them. A gentleman came 2 days later to look at the situation. He made a good determination, sent me an estimate and scheduled the repair within a week's time. The crew arrived in the morning, were minimally disruptive and finished the job in the late afternoon. The work required a new supply line w/related items outside and minor reconfiguration of the interior plumbing along with necessary items. All work was done very well. They were able to supply me with the documentation I needed for insurance purposes. All around excellent experience. I would not hesitate to recommend IWWS for needed repairs like this.

I had to call Iowa Water & Waste out to come replace a broken curb stop valve at my house, I have nothing but positive things to say about the job they did and the folks that were here working. They were exceptionally fast, charged a very fair rate, and did great work on top of it all. So happy to have such a good local company to call for jobs like this, it makes a potentially unpleasant situation sting a LOT less.
