We had a great experience with Pritchard’s! Bob was our plumber and he was fantastic—prompt, efficient, and very friendly. He explained things clearly and to the point: here’s the issue, here’s the fix, done. No over-complicating, but it was clear he would’ve gone into more detail if we needed it. The receptionist was also very helpful and quick to respond to questions (full disclosure: she’s one of my best friends, so I might be biased—but she’s truly great at her job 😄). Professional, friendly service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I made a very special order from Pritchard Bros for a sheet metal board to hang for a magnetic massages center in my kitchen. It is to be a gift for my daughter. Pritchard Bros had made me one about 6 years ago that she lived and wanted one for her kitchen too. They took my order over the Phone late morning and had the project completed and ready for me to pick up by mid afternoon. I couldn't be more happy with the service and the end product it is exactly what I wanted and I love it. I'm sure she will too.

Pritchard's was very quick to show up to get our furnace running again. The technician was great! Very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Will use them again if the need arises!

Jeremy and his team were outstanding getting our furnace taken care of. It stopped working on a Sunday, they came out that night, got us running but found out it needed to be replaced. By Friday at noon we were all taken care of with a new one. Install team we’re kind and courteous. Thank you for taking such great care of us.
