First things first - the elderly worker with white hair needs to get a raise $$ !!! He is busting his a’s non-stop !!! Extreme pressure! Secondly: management need to address the issue!!! You are ruining your employee health and ruining your customers experience! It makes everything slow and backed up. How can you have just One dude alone run everything by himself! Absolutely unacceptable! Fix it!
