⭐️ 0 stars – Worst parking experience in New York I lived in New York near Times Square, and this was by far the worst parking experience I’ve ever had. I made two online reservations for myself and my family. When I arrived, the attendant said the parking was full and there were no spots left. After I showed him my reservation, he accepted it. I left the keys and we went out for about 2.5 hours. When we came back, he had moved my car out of its spot and then refused to give it back, claiming the reservation was not paid. After checking together, we realized the reservation was for the next day. I told him I would simply modify the reservation online, which I was able to do, but he insisted that it was impossible and forced me to pay again on-site or he would not release my car. What happe

Great experience and price through spot hero. Went to see Chicago musical and this is right across the street literally. They even had a warm room for us to wait in once we were waiting for our car. I was skeptical at first when booking but it all turned out good!

Had a great, easy experience with the attendants here! There was a show, so prepare for lines when retrieving your vehicle. If your vehicle is over 180" you pay an extra $15. Worth it!

This IPark parking garage in NYC is the worst!!! I thought my car would be safe of getting damage in this garage but when I picked up my car from them (which I just got from the dealer less than a month) I saw my car paint scratch/chipped on the side edge of my driver side door. I call their claims department but the person ANIL is very rude denying my claim. GodBless people like him for aggravating people. BadKarma on this person!!!

OH MY GOD. We waited over 30 minutes to pull in the garage for them to take the car. It was Valentine’s Day so I get they were busy but holy moly. They were extremely backed up when we arrived but by the time we were done with dinner, we didn’t wait that long for the car.
