Parked for 24 hours. Waited 20+ minutes in a line of cars before handing the keys over. The ramp gets very busy with incoming and outgoing traffic, plus pedestrians. Staff was completely uncommunicative during this period. Departure was much smoother, waited 5 minutes total. Charges were as advertised (don't forget to account for parking tax!)

Absolutely terrible. I have a truck and drove from Maryland to NYC. I couldn’t fit in most parking garages because my truck is lifted and bad ass. I found I park, conveniently they had an account with my hotel I stayed at. The rate I was promised and the rate that was posted on the sign was much cheaper than I got charged. I was charged $77 a day when I was told 50 on top of that my truck had to wait for a parking spot so they parked it on the ramp going into the parking garage leaving it exposed and 5 feet away from the busy Sidewalk it stayed like this for over 24 hours nearly 1/3 of my parking stay I paid $231 dollars for my truck to not even have a parking spot for 1/3 of the stay. These guys also damaged my vehicle and put salt from the street over it to hide it when I did my inspecti

This place hiked my monthly fees from $600 to $1,600 overnight without notice. On top of that they refused to release my car until i pay. This is after 2 years of being their costumer without payment delays. I am filing a lawsuit against them.

I made a reservation and paid for it online 21$. When I was picking my car they tried to overcharge me with 60$ on top. He tried to explain that I was 18 min late, according to their records. Which I wasn’t! Bunch of scammers, obviously not recommended.

I don’t recommend this garage at all! Unprofessional, very rude, charge extra money! I was busy with my kids and luggage I totally forgot to ask about my car key I thought he have it to me but no he left it at the windshield I drove almost 4h with the key out in the windshield!!! Unbelievable
