iPark - NYC Parking 88th Garage Corp

Carlos was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! Truly such a kind soul. He helped us out in a jam on the day before thanksgiving. With all the chaos he was truly amazing!!!! With all the chaos with road closures and parking garages being affected he helped with alleviating the stress. THANK YOU CARLOS!!!

If i could give 0 stars i would. I brung my car in and specifically told the MANAGER not to put my windows down because i had just got my car tinted. I go pick up my car 8 hours later and my driver seat window in fully down. I had to pay full price for my parking along with fixing my tint that began to peel. ( no reimbursement what to ever for my window tint). There was also a sticker on the window buttons saying DO NOT TOUCH.

Advertised as 24 hours both online and at the entrance, but actually closes at midnight. When I told the attendant I’d be back at 1:30 he just said ok and did not bother to mention that, leaving us stranded in Manhattan in the middle of the night. Absolutely negligent.

Terrible. First time parking here. Only one attendant that I can see, although that itself is not a big deal. He had somewhat of an attitude. Very ezpensive. I drove in and dropped the car off at 9:32am. Had a doctor's appt closeby. Do for was VERY quick. I was back to pickup the car at 10:15am. Charged $40. I guess it's my fault for not checking the price. And to be honest, if I would have saw the price when I went in, I would have still stayed, because I had that doctor's appt I couldn't miss. BUT... none-the-less... this place is too expensive. Crazy to pay $40 for under 1 hr, especially in a location that is not THAT hard to find parking. Oh well! 👎👎👎

Attendant stole my beats headphones!! When I got back to my car, my car was parked on the side in view, I tried to open the door so my little daughter could sit while I paid, and my car was locked, they had the key, so I know it was them. Once I paid, got my keys and drove off, about 5min later I looked down at the middle console where the headphones were and they were gone.
