iPark - NYC Parking 94th Avenue Parking Corp.

This parking lot is completely, stupidly, annoyingly different from the pics posted online. It’s unmanned with no help and the spot is so narrow. If you’re rushing to the airport, please don’t use this lot. Travel 3 hours earlier just to navigate this lot.

Left my car here for a week. Car was damaged upon return. Could see vertical lines on passenger door side panel from where they damaged it on the car lift. The attendant parked the car so it was close to the wall and you couldn’t see the damage when picking it up. Filed a claim, which they denied.

Went to pick up my car after a long flight & when the attendant went to get the car, he discovered that the battery had died. He let me know, then went & grabbed jumper cables, & we jumpstarted the car together. I did not have cash & asked if he had Venmo so I could tip him but he did not & said 'no problem, maybe next time.' I am very appreciative of this kind man & would highly recommend this garage to people that need to leave their car in NY before a flight. Truly grateful for their help!

Steer away from this lot! It took me a total of an hour to get my car. The attendant did not know what he was doing: 10 minutes spent scanning my ticket, 20 minutes wasted looking for my car in a single storey parking lot, and all the remainder of an hour trying to find my car key and get my car out. I nearly forgot to mention, the attendant on average spent a whole minute to find the ignition in every car. The way he turned the steering wheel like a 1st time driver. If someone is clearly not suited for the job, it is the management 's fault. Reading the feedback it seemed the problem was there months ago. Stay clear of this parking lot, let it close down.

I’m really puzzled why people leave such bad reviews about obviously great places. My experience with this parking garage couldn’t have been better: polite and professional customer service both in person and over the phone, clean garage, car ready for me before arrival, quite reasonable pricing - exceeded my expectations!
