Super easy to prepay for parking. Drive up to the grey scanner that is located next to the ticket dispenser. The scanner has a flashing red light where you scan the barcode from the app when you are entering and leaving.

Booked a 2 hour slot to visit aquarium. Came 30 mins late, no biggie. When leaving we were 1 minute after grace time so had to pay extra $4, again no biggie. Machine reader was broke and wouldn’t recognize any cards. Rather than lift gate and let us out they made us wait 20 minutes at the gate until they manually reset and fixed reader. Not nice with 2 screaming babies in the car and cars backed up behind you.

$16 dollars an hour is robbery. We went to new England aquarium and it cost more to park in the garage than it did to enter the aquarium. You ruined our trip

An absolute rip off. $46 for 1 hour & 21 minutes of parking.

For an hour charged me $46 it’s a scam
