Ridiculous. I prepaid for parking which worked getting in but we couldn't get back in the door on the ground level nor could we get out of the garage. The agent we got when we pressed the help button was rude and hung up on us. We got a different agent who finally was able to help us. No one is on-site to provide any assistance. Definitely find somewhere else to park!

Hands down the most expensive parking and you'll find chicago. I'm guessing they're charging extra so you can see the homeless living in the staircase. This place is exploiting tourists to the max!

had used iParkit online reservation on 5/22/24 to book a single day parking pass for June 9, 2024. However, after I made the payment, the pass was issued for yesterday’s date (5/21/24). That means the system sold me an expired pass. I have sent email to iParkit customer service thrice and have tried to call them repeatedly but there is no response. I was charged $18.00 for selling an expired parking and there is no response from the company. This is very disappointing. Please do not use iParkit. They are very unreliable and sell you expired passes.
