iPond and Landscapes

After YEARS of fighting with our previously constructed pond, we had Jacob come out and fix our pond, adding a snorkel to the bog, reconstructing our intake bay, and tidying up the pond a bit. Absolutely amazing how much better our pond is looking and functioning. Could not have asked for better service and quality. Before you pay a pretty penny for a pond, call Jacob. I truly wanted to love my pondless waterfall — it was meant to be a peaceful, natural focal point in my backyard. Sadly, my experience with iPond and Landscape, owned by Jacob Logan, has been deeply disappointing. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and at times unprofessional. I often had to follow up repeatedly for updates or explanations, and when I expressed concerns about workmanship — such as uneven stone placement, visible gaps, and excessive use of foam instead of proper masonry — my questions were brushed aside. What I received does not reflect the craftsmanship, care, or attention to detail that was promised. Jacob and his team installed a waterfall to an existing small goldfish pond. He was willing to rework this for us. He and his team were very professional. He completed the work in a timely manner. He listened to what I wanted and also came up with a great suggestion on where to place the waterfall. He also was able to customize the filter and put a line in for backwashing. I would highly recommend them and their work.

These guys are fantastic! Responsive and collaborative, and they do amazing work. They built our pond last year and came back to clean it for us today. Every interaction with them is pleasant and they’re just all around really nice folks. Highly recommend.
