The owner, Iraida, was difficult to communicate with and did not respect scheduling changes. I requested to delay the appointment by 30 minutes the day before, but she refused and then sent the cleaners 20 minutes early. The cleaners seemed frustrated at first and appeared exasperated when pointing out areas they missed, though they did an okay job overall. During the cleaning, Iraida called to say my house was “too dirty” and that I should be charged more — even though I had taken photos showing the condition before and after. I paid the full $185 as agreed and also tipped each cleaner $20 in cash. I later found out that the cleaners make about $140 a day for multiple houses, while Iraida charges $185 for a standard clean and $250 for a deep clean on an average townhouse. When I mention
