I came home Saturday evening and noticed my water pressure was about half what it should be and affected the whole house. I could not find any signs of a water leak inside or out. I talked to my neighbor and they were not having any problems but she told me it may be a slab leak. TJ was the plumber who came. He listened to my story, checked the house and then outside where the water line comes. Sprung a leak in the pipe leading to the house. A lot of water which must have been leaking for a few days. Called 3 other plumbing companies, either voice message or they just could not come out to just shut off the water. (I was at work). called IRC and they came ASAP to shut off the water. Same day they were able to send a technician to replace the piping. Excellent service and great communication. IRC Plumbing will now be my go-to people.

I highly recommend this company! I had gotten a notice from the utility company that I had used excessive water this past month. I have had a few other leaks and was fully expecting to have to have my house repiped. The very nice lady who answered the phone said they usually check for other leaks besides the pipes as they don't want to repipe the house if that isn't the problem. Sure enough it was one of the toilets leaking and they were able to fix that quickly. I truly appreciate that!
