Wonderful experience with IRenovate and William Crutcher the project manager. Love the results and they kept to the schedule for the most part. Weather delayed the project by about a week. Would definitely recommend this company for your home renovation projects

If you are looking in the DFW area to do a home renovation, and want a stress-free, pleasant experience, then Marlon is your guy! He is very knowledgeable, experienced, calm, reliable, trustworthy and open with communication. We just did a major home renovation, and we were not only on budget, but the renovation was completed ahead of schedule!!! Marlon, supervisors Alfredo and Ramiro, and the whole crew were professional, courteous, skilled with their craft, very detail-oriented, and took a genuine pride in their work. Marlon and his team exceeded my expectations, and I could not be more pleased with my newly renovated, and beautiful home.

Marlon and his team are wonderful from beginning to end. We hired him to replace all of our flooring with luxury vinyl plank flooring and we had his crew paint our entire interior. I can honestly say I was so sick of my house before but now I love it! His crews are professional and responsive and my house is beautiful. The best part was the help I got at the design center. I didn't know where to begin but Marlon's expert advice was spot on! As a Realtor, I've been referring my clients who are preparing to sell their North Texas homes for years so I can truly say that iRenovate is tried and true. Highly recommend!

Working with Marlon & iRenovate Real Estate was a great experience. They were very professional and organized. We did paint, carpet, new baseboards and LVP flooring.
