Brandon and I.R.M Inspections were awesome. I hired them to inspect behind a contractor doing repairs and renovations at my home. Brandon is very knowledgeable and detailed. He was complimentary of the contractors work when it was done right but he made it clear when they missed the mark. He provided a full written report, made very detailed notes along with printed pictures, moisture meter readings and thermal imaging to document why tweaks in the work they did were needed. Brandon was quick to note that it was a fairly large project and that he believe these were honest mistakes but needed to be addressed.
