I cannot be happier with the service I received from Jordan's. They stepped in to finish a job that another company started but that I was not happy with, and did an outstanding job for me. Delayed parts was a struggle for me this summer, spent without a working air conditioner. They showed up the day after I called them, and repaired it the next day! We were referred to J H&C Service through our Church after my father died abruptly. My mother’s AC unit went out the day we laid my father to rest. J H&C Sorted us out, was very late to show, but it was probably inconvenient to swing out to bumble F town to do work. I gave the man that did the work a beer, cos it was Friday. The unit took a dive this week and we consulted J H&C again. The tech left the unit open and apart. Said he needed things and would return, but after several days of no contact and not returning we had to tell him not to return, we had to go with someone else. The problem is not as technical or as catastrophic as was portrayed by the J H&C tech. I never like putting down working men. I’m stuck in New Yorkistan with all the nonsense that goes on here.
