Iron Fireman

Terrible experience every time. Capital Property Solutions contracts exclusively with Iron Fireman on boiler maintenance and they have consistently done a terrible job. They had to visit our unit 10+ times to fix one leaking pipe and then never returned to replace the pipe after patching the leak so the pipe leak itself is still only fixed via a rubber wrap around it. They also have been called to fix a malfunctioning boiler 6+ times over the past two months and remain unable or unwilling to fix the issue. Currently that boiler is blasting steam into the subfloor and walls of our building and boiling water onto the floor of the basement but Capital Property Solutions reports that Iron Fireman says that it is taken care of. The quality of work is bad, do not use this company.
