I joined the maintenance plan with iron shield and I’ll tell you what buddy these guys know what they’re doing the most professional and easy-going company I’ve ever had to deal with the technician. Landon did an incredible job and was nothing but professional. From the notifications of who your technician is, and when they’re showing up to, when they show up in the cleanest service van I’ve ever seen to the technician getting out looking professional to a T with a smile on his face and a great attitude . I was having an issue with my heating in my home. I called Iron Shield to see how soon they would be able to get someone out to work on the unit. Cindy in the office had Jesse on his way the next day !! I had to be away from the house at the scheduled time and I called Jesse to let him know. Not a problem they just bumped me back a couple hours. Nice to have a company that is willing to work with their customers!! When Jesse got there to check out the unit we had a real stumper on our hands. Pressures were strange and things weren’t acting quite right.
