Iron Shield Roofing and Restoration

Had our patio covered and Iron Shield did a fantastic job. Excellent craftsmanship & crew. John did a great job of explaining what they were going to do. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service they provided!

This was my first time dealing with an insurance claim and replacing a roof. Sebastian and team were super easy to work with and kept me very much in the loop. The work was done extremely promptly and done really well. Everyone that came out and worked on my house was very kind and went above and beyond! Extremely satisfied with Iron Shield, would recommend!

After canceling, rescheduling and waiting because they were late, their salesman finally showed up and inspected our reroofing job. He said they would work up a quote send it via email that day or the next. Four days later, nothing. I called twice since then and they promised that they would send a quote and a call back to verify that it was sent but they never did either one. If they are that unprofessional up front how can they be trusted with the job? We finally went with Domino roofing. Very professional!

I had my roof replaced by this company in 2022, and unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. Within two years, some shingles came loose due to improper nailing. When I tried to contact them for repairs, it was nearly impossible to get a response—calls went unanswered, and only after sending an email did I finally receive a reply. They promised a repair date but didn’t show up. After following up again, they gave me a new date, but then came on a completely different day without notifying me. I only knew they’d been there because my neighbors saw them. Based on the lack of communication, reliability, and the quality of the initial work, I would not hire them again or recommend them to others.
