Iron Summit Excavating

While we didn’t end up moving forward with our regrade project, Cameron with Iron Summit came out to look at what needed to be done and provide an estimate. We were back and forth about the project a bunch. He spent a lot of time with us, but he never pressured us. It wasn’t the right time for us to move forward with the regrade, but based on how well he handled the project proposal and our indecisiveness showed me he is trustworthy, fair and knowledgeable. Highly recommend working with Cameron at Iron Summit.

Over the years our parking lot turned into a potholed mess that was absolutely horrible after rain or snow. Iron Summit came out and gave us a few options for repair. They did a fantastic job milling, grading, and compacting the lot. It’s never looked so good! Price was reasonable and they finished ahead of schedule. Definitely a great company to work with!

I am very pleased. I met with Cameron a few weeks ago to level about 1000 SF on a 14% grade. He gave me an estimated date and a firm price. His excavator came the day after the estimated date and knocked the job out in 2 days. It looks great! He took his time to pack and groom, which really reduced my efforts to finish and re-seed. The outcome exceeded my expectations.

Making dreams come true! Cameron made our stairway to heaven on our Park County property. He does what he says he’ll do when he says it will be done! Epic communication and services, looking forward to working further in the development!

We have had Iron Summit do excavation work for us twice. The owner is professional, gives accurate estimates and completes the work on time and as promised! Not only is he professional he expects the same from his subcontractors. This is the only excavation company I would consider using for future projects. I would highly recommend Iron Summit.
