We recently got our staircase renovated from a closed drywall design to an open staircase model, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Ironwood did an excellent job from start to finish — the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall finish exceeded our expectations. A special shoutout to Sandra, who was absolutely amazing throughout the process. She patiently explained all the options, helped get everything organized, and made sure execution went smoothly. Her communication and professionalism made the entire experience stress-free. Used them for staircase and railings on our new home. Andy was extremely responsive, quick to provide pricing and clarity on service expectations. They were very efficient, excellent craftsmanship and even accommodated a slight change after the work was nearly complete. I wish every subcontractor on our build met the same standard.

They did a very sloppy install and when asked to fix, they just offer a series of poor excuses... Don't trust your home to a company that takes no pride in the finished product. To make it worse, after initially agreeing to partially fix the sloppy work (what was possible without starting over anyway) they didn't even show up.

I had been buying from them for a few months and had always had an excellent service until today that a different sales rep took my order for four epoxy adhesive and I had forgotten to order another item and that’s where everything went south the lady Sandra Cisneros flipped on me and started screaming at me at first I taught she was playing around but when I asked her if she was serious she said yes that’s when I told her if it was too much work to order more material to not bother I could get it another time or somewhere else and she told me to leave . Very bad experience and poor customer service from her , the warehouse guy did apologize and was very nice .
