I'm a realtor and many times in this business I've seen some shabby work. I used my home warranty company and they assigned me to IRoof,LLC The estimator came by he was very professional and friendly I complemented his Customer Service skills to his supervisor. He explained what roof repairs were needed and we set up a time when the roofers came. They worked their butts off for several hours. They were excellent workers! I would highly recommend this company and I am so relieved. My roof looks beautiful. There are no leaks and it came with the warranty, kudos to this good business!

I text Michael, the founder of iRoof same day after looking at a house we are trying to buy. He was able to get a tech there same day and have a report that same day. I received videos and updates all the while getting an accurate view and route to fix or replace the flat roof that was stated replaced by the seller. After heavy rains in the valley, we discovered a leak and called our home warranty to send someone out to repair. We were so fortunate to have had I Roof be the company that was called. Michael came out and inspected the leak and provided us with a quote. We knew we were going to need a new roof soon anyway and Michael took the time to advise us and offered his recommendations of getting the entire roof and fascia replaced-we needed it so it was not a surprise. His pricing was fair and we trusted his expertise. His team was prompt, efficient and worked hard everyday to give us a new roof that will last for years and years! We had roof repairs done on our 25-year-old roof, including new paper and fixing several leaks. The price was great, and the work was completed quickly and very professionally. We’re very happy with the results and would highly recommend them.

Our roof was 32 years old and the underlayment needed to be replaced. A friend had her roof done by IROOF and she was totally satisfied with her experience. After our inspection they quoted us a price that was actually almost three thousand dollars less then another estimate. That also included some wood replacement. I cannot be more pleased with the workmanship and their attention to detail. Also, their cleanup was immaculate. I wasn't able to find one nail or any other debris left behind. Thank you IROOF!!
