During a winter emergency when my home had no heat and I have young children, I attempted to purchase a blower motor from IRR Supply’s Binghamton branch. I was refused because I am not a contractor and do not have an account. I contacted corporate and spoke with Mike, who initially indicated he would help and even stated that the company “sells toilets to people off the street.” However, after he contacted the Binghamton branch, the sale was still refused. The issue is not simply policy — it is the inconsistency and the complete lack of discretion in an emergency situation. I later filed complaints with NYS agencies and the Attorney General’s office. Irr plumbing was hard to deal with the salesperson in the visionary showroom was kind of snarky, we ordered it they told us 6 to 8 weeks for it to come in, I called at 6 weeks to find out the status and it seemed like it was an inconvenience for my call. We called at 8 weeks my wife was informed the shower was in and they would be calling to step up delivery. We had to call back a week later to find out what was happening we never received a call. I stopped into Irr plumbing to pay the balance of the shower they person that took care of me screwed up the credit card transaction and told me they would call me the next day to pay the balance over the phone. They called the next day I gave the person my credit card number he tried twice and couldn’t get it to work(keep in mind this is t

Terrible experience. I showed up on time, sat here for hours waiting to be unloaded, and when they finally did, the staff was extremely rude. No respect for drivers, no professionalism. Won’t be coming back.
