Stay away. They have been working to rebuild our garage for a year now and no end in sight. The work crews show up whenever and without notice and leave whenever, without completing the work and don’t return for weeks at a time. We are on our 6th electrical inspection after having failed the previous 5 times. When they do actually schedule a time to show we take bets to see if they actually come or let us know. 2 out of 3 times the person who took the no show/ no call bet is the winner. They are a very poorly run business.

If I could leave the his company a 0, I would. My bathroom is like 6x2ft and it took them 6 weeks to complete. Mind you, I was living in a hotel with two toddlers, and my Dad died during this entire process. They still continued to drag their feet through the mud. I’m not happy with my results. My toilet is not flush to the wall, and it was before construction. I 100% do not recommend this company.

I had a flood in my townhouse that affected all levels of my home. I chose ISC Services who was referred by my insurance company. Tony, my project manager, took the time to explain everything that would happen in the process of mitigation, restoration, and repair. He was very understanding of my schedule and was willing to accommodate anything that I needed. The entire crew he sent during my project was outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with the work. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this company to anyone that may need this type of service.

Horrible company do not hire. They were referred by my insurance company after a vehicle hit my house. They didn't follow insurance recommendations and just tried to repair damage as cheap as they could. They just put a "bandaid" on what was there. 7 months later they rebilled my insurance for more money for fraudulent services. Now they are demanding that I pay my deductible for shoddy work. Also note that any good reviews are from employees.

I would give ISC Services 10 stars if I could. After going through a flood in my home, they were prompt in water mitigation, clean up, and restoration of my home. Craig was amazing and made sure I understood every step of the restoration process and was satisfied as each step was completed. The entire process and staff exceeded all of my expectations. Great communication, friendly and professional. They helped to make going through a loss in my home a lot easier to deal with. I would definitely recommend. Thank you ISC!
