If I can give zero stars I would. Stay away from this company. The owner John claims he has 40+ years of experience but he has no idea what he’s doing. My air handler fan broke and he installed a new one and wired the new motor incorrectly. The system is constantly running even though it’s not calling for heat. This issue caused us to have no I heat on the second floor during the 18 inch snow storm and below freezing temperatures. I have called and texted John multiple times and he hasn’t responded. DO NOT USE THEM!

This company was recommended to me. I had an appointment for Monday August 24th, i called to confirm and was told they had called me and left a message canceling because I did not pick up the phone. There was no message left. They rescheduled me for Wednesday August 26th, I call and again I was told that they called me and left a message to cancel because I did not pick up the phone. Again there was no message left. I asked what number are you calling and leaving messages, turns out they were call a wrong number. I made sure she had the correct number this time. The lady said she would call me that Wednesday evening and confirm an appointment for Thursday, she didn't call. She calls me Thursday August 27th at 10:10am talking about the guy will be at my address 10:30am. I have not moved in

UPDATE: 9/7/23 9:00 AM - Contacted All Seasons Air Conditioning with issue and parts needed. 9/7/23 3:50 PM - Technician for All Seasons showed up with the part and my AC was blowing that NY snow by 4:55. LOL ___________________________________________________________ I am deeply saddened to recount the extremely unsatisfactory and distressing service experience I had with Island Controls, a tale that I find necessary to share as a warning to others. It all began on August 19th, when I reached out to them concerning an issue with my AC unit. A technician was dispatched who, though noting an unusual sound from the unit, said he couldn't pinpoint the exact issue and consequently, left without offering a solution. Took a look at my HVAC unit. Spent 45 mins trying to see what the code read. They did not even call the manufacturer to see what the problem was due to them not knowing what the problem was. Spent my hard earned money for a joke. The owner of this company called me and stated he knows what the problem was and wanted to confirm with the manufacturer indeed that was the problem but never got a phone call back with the results . Great service guys! Make sure they don’t scam you guys $169.99 just to walk in your door and not do anything!
