⭐☆☆☆☆ The Worst Experience — Please Read Before Hiring Island Pools and Patios I don’t usually post long reviews or really any reviews at all, but this one is absolutely deserved. Working with Island Pools and Patios has been the worst experience we’ve ever had as homeowners. What was supposed to be a dream pool project has turned into years of stress, wasted money, and constant problems. Within the first year after installation, we started dealing with multiple leaks. Over time, more issues showed up — the pool surface is uneven, and I suspect they used improper backfill, which actually voids the Latham manufacturer warranty. Islan Pools put our pool in 6 years ago and we couldn’t have been happier. Though it took a little longer than expected, the price, quality and workmanship was excellent The true test is their service in the last 6 years. We had a few minor problems and they were very responsive, Their opening and closing service is always done when requested and the weekly cleaning service is reliable. If you are putting in a pool, I would definitely recommend Keith and Island Pools.
