Awesome store and people! Went in for the first time after spinning my wheels in Home Depot trying to DIY replace my sink. I showed them pictures of where I was stuck and they set me up with everything I needed and showed my exactly how to put it back together.

Absolute professionals in their trade. I've come here several times and have been met with kindness and knowledge. Either they have the everyday fix on hand or can source an obscure cartridge. No one else I trust more for fixture repairs.

After going to two separate Home Depot looking for bathtub water temperature control valve, one of the associates said I can find it at Island Replacement Parts, sure enough upon showing part to store employee he quickly recognized the part and gave me a new one with in seconds! Nice to have good old fashioned local hardware business

Got my sink remodeled, and was searching for an adapter to be able to use my washing machine. Found them on a google maps search for plumbing and they knew exactly what was needed. Setting it up was a breeze. Amazing place!

I live in Brooklyn went to Home Depot as well as Lowes went to Ace but to no avail no one can help i went to plumbing shop on sunrise nothing was sent to Island Replacement parts walked in showed the the 2 pieces I needed he then stated hold on one second came back toke the piece out hand and fit PERFECT I purchase a portable washer. But the. Piece that goes to the sink did not just showing what needed was spot on without saying anything he just looked at it. I what to recommend this company to all he is OUTSTANDING!!!
