Islandwide Seamless Gutter

So I replaced the roof on a commercial building, and needed someone to replace the aluminum coping on the top of the parapets (3 sides) and repair/replace the facia, gutter and leaders on the rear of the building. Had a few contractors come and quote the work. Opted to go with Islandwide. No negotiations, no special asks, just do the job! Took some time to get his guys here as he claimed they were busy. Finally came, did the job, not impressed, sloppy seams, gacked up with caulk, but I don't live here at this building, so looked the other way. Showed me an area where when they shot a pin/nail into a cement coping stone it disintegrated as there was an issue with the stone. Told me to get it fixed, and he would return and patch the coping. I had them replace a section of my gutter and a leader (downspout) pipe, and secure all my leaders with straps. They came on time, did the job quickly, and I'm happy with the result.
