Our company is in a 50,000 Square foot building with multiple AC units. We’ve partnered with ISS Mechanical for almost a decade and will continue our partnership. ISS is always available, responsive and able to solve any issue! We appreciate their care for customer service… thank you Petra and Rowdie for checking on us! Also, the service technicians are fantastic to work with as far as experience and customer care! Most recently we’ve worked with; Rachel , Chris Gonzalez, Edwin Lopez, Denzel Williams, and Jasper Vidal. It doesn’t matter who comes to service our building it’s always a five star experience!

We have completed our first year with ISS Mechanical and they have been nothing short of excellent. Very professional while they are in our facility and very proactive in communication. They took their time to understand our needs here at the Conference and how our operations and layouts are. The team of Orlando and Carlos dedicated the time investigating each unit and mapping out the areas that they service. They worked on knowing the local troubles in certain areas and resolve them best they can. Fixing a problem is the ultimate desire but having great service and quick response is by far what customer service is all about.
