Issis and Sons Flooring

Me and my wife went into the store on a Saturday and picked out four floors to choose from. We received verbal pricing in store and took the samples home to make a decision. A week later I called back to let the sales person know we made a decision and the sales person told me that she had accidentally quoted the wrong price. The new price was almost double the initial verbal quote. They have a great selection but do not seem to honor their mistakes!

We really enjoyed our experience with Isis and Sons Flooring during our remodel of our new home. We moved to the area and needed to replace the carpet as well as basement flooring. We worked with James and he was happy to help us through the entire process. Not only did they have a very helpful sales team, who helped us find the best value for our specific need, their installation team was top notch. They were prompt and worked hard on the install. They even took the time to walk through it after it was done to make sure we were happy with everything.
