Great service, superb quality and craftsmanship. Fabiana Hernandez was very helpful and knowledgeable in selecting materials and finishes from day one until final installation and inspection. Italkraft is highly recommended.
The installation was done very poorly. After one year of living in the house they have still not found a local person in LA to adjust the drawers that won’t open or to fix the veneers that started to come off after just a few months after living here. The countertop panel was cut too short so they pieced another inch on top. Looks terrible. The handles in the bathroom vanity have come unglued . I could go on and on. So far nothing but lip service and the company not doing anything to fix our cabinets. We had 2 kitchens a laundry room and 5 bathrooms installed by them. The overall quality is less than adequate but their customer service is worse. They do a great job of advertising and making it look nice on photos.
Beautiful showroom, state of the art installations and very knowledgeable staff.
World class in every way. Amazing hospitality and talent.
