ITD Restoration

We had some mold growth at our office due AC condensation issues. While the condensation issue was corrected, the Mold build up went unnoticed until recently. From the moment the team showed, they were amazing, very professional, courteous and accommodating. I highly recommend the ITD Restoration team.

These guys were exceptional! I’ve had some past experiences with other remodeling and flooring companies and ITD is far and away the best I’ve worked with. Gave good direction on the floor products that made it easy for us to make final decisions and then did a fantastic installation of that material. Also had them paint my exterior which came out every bit as good as the floors. I absolutely recommend ITD to anyone who asks!

Ricardo was the crew chief and was professional throughout the entire experience. There was a little more mold than expected, and I appreciated Ricardo's thoroughness in examining our kitchen area to ensure we could fully eradicate the mold. ITD has an independent inspector coming in 48hrs to determine if the mold was fully removed (this is a great service; not all companies offered this in initial estimate). I will update the review if need be following the inspection. Overall, I would definitively recommend ITD for remediation.

I dealt with Gio he sat me down from the beginning and told me everything I needed to know before hand and then we moved forward. he was able to get machines in here to clean up the flooded area, he pulled out all the bad flooring did moisture test also closed off the areas, that way it didn’t heat my whole house up. The rest of his team Kyle Carlos and Herman all worked together to clean up the water damage quickly. Definitely recommend

I contacted ITD for emergency water damage as a pipe in the laundry room had malfunctioned. Edgar was amazing and showed up quickly to help clean up the water. Then he checked the moisture with his moisture meter and explained what needs to be done and left 7 fans for drying the dampness. He did not try to rip me off and was very helpful throughout. Edgar, you are amazing.
