I got a 21 x 31 slab for my garage and Ivan was quick to reach back out to me and even come out to further up the details and dimensions. He was great at explaining and helping me understand why I was getting. As well as explaining the price and everything that went with it. When it was time to get the slab cord and formed. His crew was quick and efficient in building and pouring with smoothing out everything. 10 out of 10 would use him again.

We hired Ivan to do a 24x31 slab for a metal building we're having installed. His communication was great, his price was great, he's very polite & he worked around with us having to change the date a few times because of the weather. Him and his guys were on our property first thing in the morning & they worked hard! It was hard not to peek out our window & watch them, they were like a machine working together! We wanted our slab as smooth as possible because we'll be working on show trucks on it & will be rolling around/sliding on the floor under the trucks.
