I contacted Russell and his team from across the country about my property which was about to be leased to a tenant - it needed a fresh painting on a portion of the walls. He promptly responded with a clearly described and fair estimate, communicated before, during and after the project which resulted in exceptional work. He manages a quality, professional, and trustworthy team! I highly recommend him.

While the painting work was average, the fact that Mr. Russel got his plumbing specialist to recommend a specific model of a bidet to be fitted, charged us for the fitment and then stated that the model looked incompatible with the WC bowl was very unprofessional. Mr. Russel IVAS promised to refund the advance money paid for the work not done amounting to USD$ 139 but has been evading the refund. This is highly unprofessional and we had seen similar comments of the difficulty to get any money back. Mr. Russel had responded to one request some months back with ‘I will take care’ meaning the refund is in the way, but thereafter once again it has been silence. We are still awaiting the refund and this negative post is after several tries at getting the money back

Russell and his team were absolutely the best. I have delt with many contractors over my years restoring homes and Ivas Contracting has never let me down. They do what they say in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend for any home improvement you might need!

Redid my bathroom. Tub removal to a walk-in. Been about 2 years and still not one problem with it. Craftsmanship was above and beyond. Installation of a metal fire rated door with Push bar, work came out as expected. Great! Thank you Russell, you and your team are great
