Had an issue with my furnace on a Saturday they sent out Chris. HE was here within a hour. He got us up and running . Nice and professional. Thank you

company not what it use to be. service tech use to be here for 45min to an hour. This tech here for maybe 20 mins. When called to question how he had performed certain cleaning was told he would call me back and explain. never did. plus when i called to question a billing and could not settle issue i asked to be taken off client list and was told , well we dont deliver oil to you anyway. Did not matter had been using them for yrs to service furance and a/c

We have been purchasing oil from A&J for a very long time. Our family loves their service. They are reliable and Kim is awesome. Her customer service skills are great and the techs are polite. to Thank You for your valiant efforts on striving to satisfy your loyal customers.

I would not recommend this company. I spent most of late June to early July with no hot water. It took the technician four different appointments and serval parts to fix the issue. He honestly spent most of his time staring at the furnace doing nothing, looking at his phone and walking to his truck. This company has no respect for my time. Definitely finding a different provider for the fall.
